Travelling to Nottingham is straight forward with the city’s close proximity to the M1 and it’s various tram, bus and rail networks. The Nottingham 10K begins at the Nottingham Forest football stadium; the City Ground.
Arriving by rail
Nottingham railway station has regular rail services from London, Birmingham, Derby, Leicester, Newark, Grantham, Worksop, Sheffield and Peterborough. The City Ground is roughly a 20 minute walk from the railway station and the most direct route would be to travel eastbound on Queens Road and southbound on London Road before turning left onto Trentside North, towards the stadium.
Arriving by bus/coach
The Nottingham 10K start/finish line is approximately 10 minutes’ walk from Nottingham Bus Station. The most direct route from the station to the City Ground is eastbound on Canal Street and southbound on London Road before turning left onto Trentside North.
Parking at the City Ground on Sunday 28th May will be limited due to the location of the event’s start/finish area. To view the Nottingham City Council’s parking advice, please click here.
Please be aware that a number of roads will be affected by closures on the day to facilitate the safe holding of the event. Road closure information will be uploaded to the Run For All website as soon as it becomes available.
