Race Number Information

Race Numbers

It will be posted to the address that you entered during the registration process. If you entered after the 19th July your number will still be posted out to you but it will not have your name/message printed on it.

Your race number is fitted with your timing chip. Please do not cut the number down, fold it or remove the chip. Please make sure that your race number is worn on the front of your vest. Timing chips are disposable so they do not need to be returned.

Do not under any circumstances allow anybody else to run with your race number. Amongst other issues, this can create major problems for the medical team should they need to treat unknown runners. If your race number has not arrived by the dates stated above please contact us at info@runforall.com

Lost or Damaged Race Number?

We appreciate that sometimes accidents do happen but we would ask you to keep your number safe.
If you have a problem with your race number then please contact us as soon as possible and we will re-allocate you a new race number. Unfortunately this will need to be collected at our Race Office on Saturday 5th August or the morning of the event

What if I am coming from overseas?

Unfortunately, we are unable to post race packs to non-UK addresses as we can’t guarantee the safety of their delivery.

If you can provide a UK postal address, we would be happy to post your race pack to you, providing you have notified us prior to the 31st July. Alternatively, your race pack will be available for collection from the Race Office on Saturday 5th August or the morning of the event.

My Journey...
Roxana Freeman

Roxana  lined up for the Asda Foundation York 10k 2013 to mark the 10th anniversary of the founding of Hull and York Medical School, where she works as a PA. Her efforts also raised money for the five hospices in the area covered by the medical school. Roxana also took part in last year’s Leeds 10K. She said: “I really enjoyed the runs and they helped to keep me fit.”
