We in the event team are keen to include community groups from all parts of Leeds, and Yorkshire as a whole, and would be more than happy to discuss the opportunities that exist with any interested party.

The benefit to local businesses will also be great.  In particular shops, restaurants, hotels, pubs etc. should see increased turnover over the race weekend and beyond.
Numerous opportunities exist, for instance pubs, hotels or restaurants can apply to us to become the “official” meeting point for a particular charity or an “official” viewing point etc., for say tea/coffee before the race and drinks afterwards.  The opportunities are endless so please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss how these can benefit you.

The event team pledge to work closely with all areas of the local community to make sure that maximum benefit is obtained and any possible disruption is limited.

Leeds 10k ‘Run For All’ aims to be a fun and healthy way to raise money for cancer charities in Yorkshire and beyond. If you want to support this worthwhile cause by taking part in the race please visit the registration section of the website.

Volunteer

A small army of volunteers will be needed on the day to help the race go smoothly. Opportunities include pre event volunteers, water station volunteers, race marshals and end of race volunteers. For more information about any of these roles please visit the volunteering section of the website.
