Permanent, 40 hours per week/Part Time Hours, 20 hours per week

Salary: £20K - £25K dependent on experience/Pro-Rata

Jane Tomlinson’s Run For All is one of the UK’s biggest not-for-profit sporting event companies, staging a large number of high profile mass participation events including the Leeds 10K and York 10Ks, Leeds Half Marathon and The Yorkshire Marathon.

Run For All is now looking for an experienced and creative Corporate Sales Executive with a genuine passion for sport, events and charity to join the Leeds-based team to assist in maximising the potential of Run For All events for companies, groups and charities big and small.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling entries to a vast and diverse range of audiences wishing to purchase entries in the Run For All corporate challenges, team challenges and charity entries.

The role will require a confident phone manner, as one of your primary tasks will be to contact companies and charities to sell packages to both new and existing partners. An awareness of the charity sector is preferred due to the nature of the role.

The successful applicant will also have strong inter-personal skills, inspire trust and be a convincing communicator, able to represent Run For All in front of a wide range of audiences, including at sports industry and business events.

You will also be required to carry out and manage a number of corporate and charity administrative tasks associated with the role on a daily basis including invoicing, entry system management and reporting in order to support both your manager, corporate team managers entering the events and charity contacts managing their fundraisers.

Reporting to the Partnerships Manager, you will be a lively, dynamic and results-focused professional with great commercial acumen and a desire to drive the business forward.

You will possess excellent communication skills and be proficient across the full range of IT packages, including Microsoft Office, Word, Power Point and Excel. Knowledge of HTML, CMS and database management would be an advantage.

Applicants should be personable, confident, enthusiastic and hardworking, be flexible and have a positive attitude and a good sense of humour. You will need to own a car and have a full clean driving licence to be considered for this position.

You should expect to work a number of weekends and occasionally, out of hours, especially throughout the event season.

External – Charities, partners, corporate teams, key stakeholders, general public, business, suppliers and contractors
