Our Hull 10K is now in its ninth year and showcases the very best this East Riding city has to offer, including the waterfront and marina. It boasts a flat course great for participants just starting their running journey or more seasoned athletes.
Jane Tomlinson's original legacy run is famed for its fun, friendliness and fantastic atmosphere. And if it's a PB you're after, this is the run for you thanks to its flat, fast course and enthusiastic spectators who will spur you on to the spectacular Town Hall finish.
The Burnley 10K has a deserved reputation as one of the region's best-loved events, attracting around 2,000 runners each summer.
Not the biggest event but certainly one of the best supported, with friendly crowds giving the runners great backing. Now in its sixth year, the race begins and finishes in Towneley Park, outside the majestic Towneley Hall.
When it comes to a run boasting stunning scenery, the York 10K takes some beating. This extremely popular run enjoys a flat route offering pb potential. It’s a rare chance to run through York’s ancient walls and marvel at its medieval gems.
The Asda Foundation Nottingham 10K continues to grow in popularity with 2018 set to be our biggest and best yet. Demand is so high, that we’ve had to increase capacity for this year’s event!
The flat and fast route, where you’ll be cheered on by crowds of enthusiastic spectators, takes in the lovely Lady Bay area and the stunning Holme Pierrepont Country Park, home to the National Watersports Centre.
The Leicester 10K enjoyed a highly successful debut in 2017 and is back as a highlight on the 2018 season. Runners can again look forward to a great route, incredible atmosphere and fantastic post-race souvenirs including a bespoke medal and tech T-shirt.
Starting and finishing in beautiful Abbey Park, the route will once more take the runners across the Grand Union Canal and into the city centre, past the Richard III visitor centre, and the cathedral. Runners will then twice cross the River Soar before ending with a final lap of the park.
Suitable for all for all ages and all abilities, the Bury 10K is staged in partnership with the Bury-based I Will If You Will (IWIYW) fitness movement, which is delivered by Bury Council with Lottery funds from Sport England.

It’s big, it’s brilliant and it’s back. Thousands of runners took part in last year’s Sheffield 10K and it is on course to be even bigger and better in 2018.
Staged in partnership with Sheffield City Council, this 10K has a fantastic course right through the heart of the Steel city.
A well-established and popular run with a truly scenic route, taking in the pretty town centre, the River Ouse pathway, The Walks and historical buildings including the Red Mount, the Custom House and Greyfriars Tower.
