The Jane Tomlinson Leeds 10K 'Run For All' is an exciting, major event for people of all abilities. Whether you run, walk, wheel or watch you will have the opportunity, along with thousands of others, to participate in a fantastic, charitable event which is now established as a thrilling, annual, sporting spectacular.

Teams are encouraged to join the Leeds 10k and support a charity of their choice. Those applying to run as a team will be given consecutive numbers to ensure they are near to their team members at the start of the race. For further details of the event please visit www.runforall.com

The Team Event will also be awarding trophies in the following categories:

• Best team name
• Best dressed team
• 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed teams (determined by average times)
• Most money raised by a team for charity

There will also be a prize draw to enable one team of up to 5 people to enjoy VIP/Corporate hospitality on the day.
