Run For All to stage mass run to work for Clean Air Day

We're staging a mass run to work on next week's Clean Air Day and you're invited. Take part on the day, and you could also win yourself a place in a 2018 10K of your choice!

Air Pollution is rife in the UK, especially Leeds, home of Run For All.  Each year, around 40,000 deaths in the UK are attributable to exposure to outdoor air pollution. Emissions from cars, vans and lorries are responsible for much of this. What can we do about it?

Here at Run For All, we're ditching our cars, freshening up our morning commutes and pulling on our trainers in preparation for a mass run to work on Clean Air Day.

Our members of staff will be leading the way from Monday as they hope to raise awareness of UK's air quality this week. We caught up with Tommo, the Jane Tomlinson Appeal Mascot, and a few other members of the RFA team.

Join us on Thursday 21st June for a mass run to work! Run-commuting is great way to train and get fit in dead time.

All of you are invited to join in on the day! Share your Clean Air Day stories on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter for a chance to win a few places in a 2018 Run For All 10K of your choice. To enter, just tag @RunForAll and use the hashtags #CleanAirDay, #RunToWork, and #RunForAll.
