Hi i'm Ian, a coach and runner for Radcliffe AC.
I race all events from 5k to ultramarathon and im really looking forward to working with Run for all's pace team.Make sure you come over and say hi on the start line and let's hit that PB on race day!
Hi, I am Tony I will be pacing the sub 45 minutes for Burnley and Bury races this year.
Having really enjoyed doing the same two events last year I hope I can help some more athletes cross the line with new PB.
I am in training myself now and hopefully will have a new PB for the marathon of sub 3 hours when I hit the street of London in April. See you later in the year good luck everyone on your 10k goals.
Hi. I'm Aron and I'll be your 50 minute pacer. I've been running seriously for the last few years with Hyde Park Harriers in Leeds. I'm currently chasing a 3:10 marathon but love to vary pace, distance and terrain in my training. I've benefitted from pacers myself in the past so I'm really looking forward to helping you achieve your targets!
I'm Paul from Sheffield, city of the hills, and I've been running for a number of years with my local club Steel City Striders. I got into running after retiring from football and haven't looked back. It's a pleasure to be asked to be your 55 minute pacer.
Hi, my name is Jade. I'll be your 60 minute pacer. I began running at school when I joined the cross country team. Since then I really caught the running bug and have taken part in lots of 10ks, half marathons and three marathons. I'm really looking forward to helping fellow runners achieve the magical 60 minute 10k!
So far as running is concerned by 2010, aged 50, after a lifetime of smoking and drinking I gave those things up and started to run. I didn’t really believe it would be possible but with help and encouragement I ran my first 10k in September 2010 in 65mins 19secs
Running sub 60 seemed like impossible. As time has progressed , more than 200 Parkruns and several half marathons (one full one) and many many 10ks later it is a real delight to try to help people as they helped me.
Running is a true joy . 10k PB is now sub 50 never mind sub 60!
Hi I’m Shaun. I'm a member of St. Theresa's athletics club in Leeds. I have dipped in and out of running for most of my adult life and have run most distances including a couple of marathons. I discovered a love for Parkrun and in particular pacing these last few years. If you fancy aiming for a pb and leaving the pressure of pacing to me see you there!
Hi there I'm Pete, I began running in 2012 and following my retirement from playing rugby I helped to set up Wigans social "Downhill Runners" group and joined Wigan Harriers AC eventually getting that ever elusive sub 50mins 10k PB. My favourite distances are 10K and Half Marathon with the odd Parkrun thrown in for good measure. I love the feeling of achieving a PB and look forward to helping you achieve yours.
