The Jane Tomlinson Appeal was established by the late Jane Tomlinson CBE. We support a wide range of charities across the North and the Midlands to improve the lives of children and the lives of people who are affected by cancer.

Bury Hospice is here to offer care and support not only to people approaching the end of life – though that is a very important part of our service – but also to their families and friends.  We offer outstanding care, from in-patient to day care services, hospice at home and outpatient support, and we aim to help Bury people achieve the best possible quality of life at a time when this matters more than ever.

The Joshua Wilson Brain Tumour Charity help children who have or have-had a brain tumour, we support their families with advice, emotional guidance and financial solutions, with special focus on those who also have post-surgery disabilities. All this is done in Joshua Wilson aka SuperJosh’s legacy.

The charity work we do supports people on a daily basis, helping make their lives a little brighter during very difficult and emotional times as well as supporting them through some of the worst traumas they are likely to experience due to the illness or death of their child.

WHAG work with women who are homeless, and with women, men and children who are fleeing domestic abuse. We support people we work with to overcome the experiences they have had. We empower them to build up their skills, resources and give information they need to make positive choices.
