Last year, more than 400 children and young people with life-shortening conditions, and their families, received support from Martin House Hospice Care. In addition, we supported 170 bereaved families following the death of their child. We'll be there for those that need us this year too. We want to help families from diagnosis, helping children and young people to live well and fully, offering the best possible end of life care and support to the family in bereavement. We are only able to provide this support thanks to the donations and fundraising that we receive.
