The Middlesbrough 3K Fun Run is returning to the Run For All calendar!
Taking place after the Middlesbrough 10K, this 3K is a fantastic distance for runners of all ages and abilities.
With finisher medals and goody bags for every participant, this event will be a highlight of the Middlesbrough Running Festival weekend.
