Firms across Leeds were game for a laugh when they took part in a fun social evening ahead of this Sunday’s Clarion 10K Corporate Challenge.
Scores of companies will be out to lift the title of fastest team in the race when they compete in the challenge, a popular feature of the Asda Foundation Leeds 10K which this year is celebrating its 10th anniversary.
Organisations taking part in the event had the chance to claim an early victory at a Games Night social event in which they battled for points in a series of games including table football, air hockey, a giant version of Connect 4, noughts and crosses, bowling and Jenga.
AECOM emerged as the winners with Mastek taking second place and Chadwick Lawrence finishing third.
Lucy Jones, corporate manager with Jane Tomlinson’s Run For All, organisers of the 10K, said: “The social evening was really enjoyable and a chance for teams to engage in a bit of pre-race banter.
“Congratulations to AECOM on their Games Night victory – let’s see who is victorious on race day.”
The Leeds 10K has raised over £4m for good causes since its launch.
