Community, competition and corporate spirit at the 2025 INEOS Hull 10K

Thousands of runners turned out in force for the highly anticipated INEOS Hull 10K on Sunday 8th June, starting and finishing at the iconic Sewell Group Craven Park Stadium – home to the city’s Hull KR.   

Marking a new exciting chapter for the annual race, it returned with an appealing new course and title sponsor, Hull-based chemical manufacturing site, INEOS.  

With a vibrant mix of first timers, club runners and charity fundraisers, the event once again showcased Hull’s strong community spirit and passion for fitness with a brand-new route.  

Organised by Jane Tomlinson’s Run For All for over a decade, the event continues to grow in stature, attracting participants of all abilities and ages from across the region. Spectators lined the streets to cheer runners along the fast and flat course, that weaved through the city centre and incorporated the East Park Loop.   

In the main field, which saw participants start at 09:30am, the first male to cross the finish line was Joseph Wilson in a time of 31:08 followed by Elliott Stones in second with 32:03, and Carter Taylor taking third place in 32:57.  

The women’s race was just as competitive, with Coralle Bell claiming victory in 37:14, in second place, Natalie Curgenven completed it in a time of 38:06, and third, Molly Harris with 38:32.  

With an earlier start time of 09:26am, Elite wheelchair participant Kalem Bennett completed the 10K distance in 44:09.  

Craven Park provided a lively start and finish atmosphere, with charities and sponsors, food and drink vendors and crowds celebrating personal achievements and fundraising milestones.  

Tristan Batley-Kyle commented, “We are thrilled with how the event unfolded – as we hosted the annual INEOS Hull 10k at the iconic Sewell Group Craven Park. The support from the Hull community, the runners’ determination and the enthusiasm from everyone has made it another unforgettable event!

We are incredibly proud to have supported it and see so many people come together to take part in what has been an inspiring community event. We are also proud that more than 40 members of our Hull team competed in the Corporate Challenge, with others showing their support by being part of the Eventeers team.

Adding to the day's events, the MKM Hull 10K Corporate Challenge saw teams of five go head-to-head in a spirited competition for team pride and charity support. Teams of colleagues laced up their trainers to take on the 10K, with friendly rivalry and team spirit in abundance, to be crowned champions.
