Jane Tomlinson’s Run For All is one of the UK’s biggest not-for-profit sports event companies, staging events including the Asda Foundation Leeds 10K, York 10K and Sheffield 10K, Leeds Half Marathon and Yorkshire Marathon.
Run For All is looking for an experienced Sponsorship Corporate and Manager with a genuine passion for sport and events, to join its expanding Leeds-based team.

As Sponsorship Corporate and Manager, you will be responsible for the retention and acquisition of all sponsors and partners. You will also identify, develop and generate new sponsorship and income opportunities – both at national and local level. The successful applicant, supported by Run For All’s marketing team, will also lead on sponsor activation and fulfilment of sponsor and partner requirements.
The Sponsorship Corporate and Manager will also be responsible for Run For All’s Corporate offering – including the Leeds 10K Corporate Challenge and the Yorkshire Marathon Corporate Relay – managing the programme of events from inception, to generating entries and event delivery.
Candidate must have at least three years’ experience of B2B sales/business development in the sports industry – and a keen understanding of this sector. Whilst also have a proven track record of securing sponsorship and commercial partnerships.
The successful applicant will also have strong inter-personal skills, inspire trust and be a convincing communicator, able to represent Run For All in front of a wide range of audiences, including at sports industry and business events.
With charity at our core, we are looking to employ someone who understands the unique ethos of and aims of the organisation. Applicants should be enthusiastic, hard working, flexible (the role will naturally require weekend working in events season) and have a positive attitude and a good sense of humour. You will need to own a car and have a full driving licence to be considered for this position.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial you will be a lively, dynamic and results-focused professional with great commercial acumen and a desire to drive the business forward.

Corporate and Sponsorship Manager
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
Salary: £30k to £34k dependent on experience
Reports to: Head of Commercial
Internal: Marketing Manager, PR Officer, Marketing Executive, Marketing Assistant, CEO, Events Director, Charity Manager, Events Team.
External: Sponsors, partners, key stakeholders, creative agency, general public, suppliers and contractors
Qualifications: You will be educated to degree level or equivalent
Knowledge and experience: You will have a track record of account management/sales/business development in the sports industry and at least three years’ experience in a similar role. You will have demonstrable experience of identifying and securing high value partnerships and have strong commercial acumen. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be well-versed in preparing and delivering presentations. You will inspire confidence and be a proven influencer.
Salary and benefits
The salary for this post is £30,000-34,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus contribution towards a personal pension following completion of a successful probationary period. Holiday entitlement is 25 days per year excluding public holidays.
Normal working hours are Monday to Friday. Additional evening and weekend work will be required, particularly in the run up to and during the event season.
Applicants must have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle as the role can demand travel across Yorkshire, Lancashire and the East Midlands.

Can you spare a few hours, either regularly or as a one-off, to help Jane Tomlinson’s Run For All deliver its exciting calendar of sporting events, including the Leeds 10K, Leeds Half Marathon and the Yorkshire Marathon.
We’re looking for a volunteer junior programmer, ideally with knowledge of VBA or .net or equivalent, to help work on a number of projects. You’ll work to help analyse where we can improve our internal systems, devise solutions, write code, carry out tests and work to identify and resolve bugs and glitches. You’ll also document your work so there is a detailed record and operating instructions for future use.
You could be working on specific projects or assisting on daily tasks, depending on how much time you’re able to give.
We're looking for volunteers to help with office-based tasks in the build up to our busy event season. You don't need to have experience - just a positive attitude and enthusiastic approach.
You'll be helping with a number of tasks which could include: taking and directing telephone calls; answering participant emails; packing and sorting race numbers and packs; and general admin support, such as the franking and posting of external mail.
Whether you can commit to a regular volunteering shift, or just want to join us on an ad-hoc basis, we'd love to hear from you.
