The Ali Brownlee 2K is returning to the Run For All calendar!

Taking place after the Ali Brownlee 5K,  is a fantastic distance for runners of all abilities.

With finisher medals and goody bags for every participant, this is an event not to be missed. 

Important entry information

Important entry information

Registering a runner aged between 3 and 8 years old:
Using the Aged 18+ entry type, register the adult and within the booking process the system will ask you to provide the full name and age of the child you are registering.

Registering a runner aged between 9 and 17 years old:
Entries must be completed by a parent/guardian aged 18 years or over on behalf of the child.

Race Number Information

If you have entered on or after Tuesday 4th June, you will have to collect your race number at the Race Office on the morning of the event. The Race Office will be located next to the start line, on the Leeway, and will be open from 10:15.

If you have entered before Tuesday 4th June, your race number will be posted and should start arriving from Monday 10th June.

If your envelope has multiple race numbers inside, please carefully check the back of the envelope to find your name and determine which bib belongs to which person.

If your race number still hasn't arrived, please head to the Race Office on the morning of the event and they will be able to reallocate your number.

Where to meet

Once participants have collected their race number, they will need to head to the start line shortly before 11.00 where they will be guided through a short warm-up.

At the Start and Finish

Please note that the start line will be located outside Riverside Stadium, on the Leeway. The finish line will be located inside the stadium.

All participants are asked to collect their goodies including that all-important medal and a selection of goodies once they cross the finish line.

Participants will then be directed to the collection point by our team of friendly volunteers where they'll be able to meet up with their parents or guardians.

Warm Up

To help participants feel ready and raring to go, Everyone Active will be delivering a warm-up on the start line at around 11.00.

Baggage

There isn’t a baggage store for the Ali Brownlee 2K so participants are asked to leave their bags and any extra clothes with family and friends.

Left Clothing

Please note that any clothing left anywhere on the start line will be donated to charity.

Family support

Please may all supporters head down to the start and finish line so that they can watch all participants start and finish.

For those wishing to park at Riverside Stadium, please see below car park options.

Car Parks A+B
Access: only from the South via Shepherdson Way until 09:15 only.

Car Park E
Access: only from the East on Dockside Road

Photos

The Marathon Photos team will be on course throughout the event to snap photos of participants.

Photographs can be purchased at marathonphotoslive.com. Should you not wish for your photo to be used in this way, please e-mail info@runforall.com prior to race day.

We are committed to keeping Middlesbrough green and we understand the importance of doing our bit for the environment. Bins will be provided across the event site and we urge people to use the facilities provided.
