Leeds Mini and Junior Run 2024

Event information
The Arena Group Leeds Mini and Junior Run is a great way to get active this year!
Please see below the distances on offer:

| Mini | 1.5KM | Age between 3 & 8. All children must run with a parent or guardian. |
| Junior | 2.35KM | Ages between 9 & 15 |
Open to runners of all backgrounds and abilities, this popular local fun run is a fantastic day out for all the family.
We encourage children of all backgrounds and abilities to take part in the Fun Run, including those with disabilities and any other special considerations. Please get in touch so we can help you and them have the best experience.
All finishers will be rewarded with a goody bag and that all-important medal to show off to friends.
Important entry information.
Please note that the Leeds 10K will start at 9am and it will finish on the Headrow.
Registering a young runner aged between 3 and 8 years old:
- The adult running must put another adults emergency contact details when asked during the registration process. Please do not enter your own information here.
Registering a young runner aged between 9 and 15 years old:
- Entries must be completed by a parent/guardian aged 18 years or over on behalf of the child.
- The adult must log in to their own account when registering their child. If you do not have an account, you can create one.
Race Office Information
The Arena Group Leeds Mini and Junior race office will be located on Blenheim Ter and it will be open from 8am on event day.

Race Information

Collecting your race number is the main thing to remember ahead of the big event. You can do this on event day from the Race Office on Blenheim Terrace.
The Race Office is open 08.00 - 9.30am on Sunday 18th June.
Please bring safety pins with you as your race number will need to be attached to your t-shirt.

Woodhouse Lane Car Park is the closest Leeds City Council car park to the start of the Leeds Fun Run and is open 24 hours.

All runners are required to assemble on Millennium Square for a warm up before the start of their race.

We're sure lots of fans are coming to support you! Please get them to head to the start/finish line so they can see you zoom past them and collect your finishers medal.

There isn’t a baggage store for Fun Run run so please leave your bag and extra clothes with your family and friends who will be cheering you on.

To help you feel ready and raring to go, our friends from Active Leeds will be offering a fun warm-up!

After you fly across the finish line, don’t forget to collect your goodies including that all important medal. Running is thirsty work, so grab a free bottle of water too
You will be directed to the collection point by our team of friendly volunteers where you’ll be able to meet back up with your parents and guardians. This is where you can show everyone your brand new, shiny medal!

Please remember to pace yourself but, most importantly, enjoy your run! There will be a team of photographers on course who will want to see some of your cheesiest smiles. You’ll get your personal photos emailed to you to purchase from marathonphotos.com the following week.
