Team race day kit

Teams will be kitted out in their own personalised racing t-shirts, branded with your team name, logo, and charity logo (if you are running for a particular cause). By sporting these on the day, your team will be instantly recognisable – great for boosting your exposure and promoting your cause, team, or business.

Trophies and prizes

The winning teams from each of our three team categories (Open, Mixed, and Female) will each be recognised and presented with their own award for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishes.

PR and media coverage

Teams will have the opportunity to feature in profile-raising news stories about the challenge via our media partners and social channels. We’d love to hear about your reasons for taking part, so email corporate@runforall.com with a team photo and a few comments to be featured on our channels.

Race day hospitality

Team entries are granted access to race day hospitality at the University’s Roger Kirk Centre. Here, you can escape the elements, meet your fellow competitors and take advantage of the free refreshments both before and after you run.

Team photo

Your package also includes a digital team photo. Once we’ve captured your team’s pre-race enthusiasm, we’ll send you a link post-event, making for a great social post to celebrate your team’s fantastic efforts.

Relay buses

Buses and volunteers are on hand to collect you from the hospitality area and take you to your starting leg. They will also bring you back once you've handed the baton over to your team-mate.

Park & Run

Complimentary Park & Run service from the official event car park at Elvington Airfield for all team members. When boarding the bus, just show your wristband to the bus conductor.

Finisher's goody bag

Team members will receive a finisher's bag in the hospitality area containing your all-important medal and post-race snacks.
