Meet Your Yorkshire Marathon Motivators

13 July 2023
Run For All are pleased to introduce our Marathon Motivators who will be alongside you every step of the way as they share their training for the Yorkshire Marathon 10th Anniversary in October. Runners, Ellie, Louis and Emily are no strangers to our events and often use their social media platforms to keep track of their progress, this time however, they’re hoping to encourage and inspire others as they get candid about the realities of marathon training.
Supporting them on their journey, our proud sponsors Arla, Coopah, Erdinger, High5, Shokz and Up & Running, will be providing them with samples of all the fantastic training necessities they offer. Taking into consideration everything from dedicated training plans, running kit and trainers, to nutrition and fueling requirements, our Marathon Motivators will be well equipped to share their progress and the do’s (and potential don’ts) they encounter along the way.
Over the next 12 weeks, our Marathon Motivators will be following the expert advice brought to them by the Coopah running app, as they pound the pavements and ramp up their training all with the fantastic Yorkshire Marathon end goal in their sights.
Perhaps you are wondering if you’ve got what it takes to run your first marathon, but want to know exactly what it involves before making that commitment, or maybe you too are signed up for the Yorkshire Marathon and could benefit from a virtual training partner – whatever your current running status, we’re confident following our Marathon Motivators will put you in good stead for your next running endeavor!
Follow the #MarathonMotivators to track their progress, or use it to share your own! Find a virtual training buddy and discuss your tips and helpful hints with each other to ensure everyone crosses the finish line with a smile on their face and proud of their amazing achievement.
We look forward to hearing how you all fair from week one of your training, good luck marathoners!
