Are you ready to kick-start your running journey or add a run into your current plan?
We have got you covered with a series of exhilarating training runs all across the UK. If you are training for one of our events or you would like to run with some new mates, join a training run near you.
The Derby Runner Run Club is a running group of runners of all abilities based from The Derby Runner store in Spondon. From running form to increasing your speed, it will improve all aspects of your running.
The local coaches will come with expert knowledge and deliver structured sessions. These will be held every Monday and start at 7 pm. Meet at the store before the warm-up starts to discover what you will be doing, as each session goal varies weekly. Each session is FREE of charge.

Our next training run group is the Social Running Club (SRG) based from most Up & Running stores all over the UK. They are a fun and friendly running community perfect for runners of all abilities.
Every week, they gather together for a 5K run. Each participant runs alongside a leader and a back runner. Their aim is for everyone to run together to help novice runners build their confidence. Each session are FREE of charge.
Becoming a member has its benefits. They think running is great and want to reward you for getting out there. SRG offers some fun rewards. What are you waiting for, go find your local SRG!

Get into GEAR training sessions, in partnership with Recipharm, are well underway. Ryston Runners have continuous supported over the years. The eight-week training block is designed to help runners of all abilities prepare for our upcoming event, the Recipharm GEAR 10K on Sunday 5th May.
They aim to help to improve your running form and endurance. Whether you're aiming for a personal best or simply looking to have a blast, Get into GEAR has got you covered. Each session is FREE of charge.

Do you live around Middlesbrough? The More Than A Run running group is for you. As the name suggests, these training runs offer so much more than just miles on the pavement. They provide fun sessions to meet before our Middlesbrough 10K. All sessions start with a warm-up and finish with a cool-down.
