Taking place on the same day as the Coventry Half Marathon, the day calls for a great atmosphere, bringing thousands of runners and spectators to the city for the two races.
The Coventry 10K will take you along the half marathon route, heading down Moseley Avenue and Holyhead Road before turning back on yourself for the final 3K towards the finish line at Cox Street by Coventry Cathedral.

Race Number Information
Updates on number collections will be posted closer to the event.
IMPORTANT – Do not under any circumstances allow anyone else to run with a race number under your name. This can create major problems for the medical team should they need to treat unknown runners, as well as cause a number of other issues. Anyone found to have done this will be disqualified.

All you need to know
Event Village
Location and opening hours will be detailed on our website in the build-up to the event.
There will be a variety of food and drink choices available for purchase to satisfy any pre and post-run needs. There are also several bars and cafes in the area that will welcome spectators and participants.
Our wonderful partner charities will also be located in the Event Village, so make sure to go say hi!
Baggage
Please make sure you leave enough time before the event to drop off your bag in the designated baggage store, which will be located in the student hub of Coventry University.
Your baggage label is on your race number: please rip it off your race number and attach it to your bag when handing it over to our volunteers so your belongings can be safely looked after. After the race, make your way to the baggage store as soon as possible to reclaim your belongings before you meet up with your loved ones to celebrate.
Toilets
Please only use the allocated toilets for this event. There will be plenty of toilets which you will be able to use pre or post-race. Run For All operates a zero-tolerance policy and any runners seen urinating anywhere other than the facilities provided will be disqualified.
Fuel & Hydration
We will have water stations fixed throughout the course where you will be able to pick up a 330ml bottle of water.
To see the exact locations of the water stations, please refer to the route map. Please make use of the bins provided post-water stations.
Pacers
We will have friendly pacers on the course sponsored by Arla Protein, who can help you stick to your intended finish time. They’ll have flags attached to them with finish times so you can choose the best pace to suit you.
Medical
First aid will be available along the course at fixed first aid stations located near the water stations. There will also be a first aid unit and recovery unit located near the start and finish line, as well as roaming first aiders around the Event Village.
Clothing
It is important to note that all clothing discarded at the start of the race will be collected and donated. Unfortunately, we are unable to keep any clothing that has been left in the starting area, unless dropped in the baggage store prior to the race.
Photos
Smile! The MarathonPhotos team will be on course throughout the event to snap your picture.

Results
All results will be available in the results section of the website soon after the end of the event.
However, keep in mind that it’s not all about times – you should be proud of yourself just for getting out there and getting active!
Massage
The team from Coventry University will be providing complimentary massages post race. You will be able to find them in the Event Village on the day.

Keeping Coventry green
Recycling bins will be provided on course at each water station - we ask that you please use this to do help us do our bit for the environment. If you want to hold on to your water beyond the provided bins, please pass any litter to your nearest marshal when finished.
We are in partnership with JogOn to help reduce the environmental impact that large running events can have. By working with JogOn, we help to reduce the waste of running shoes that end up in landfill every year by giving them a new life. Trainers are either reused by giving them to those in need, or shredded and their remains used for other purposes. Drop off stations will be made readily available throughout the Event Village for you to drop off any old or unwanted trainers so they can be given a new lease of life.
We encourage our participants to travel sustainably where possible by taking public transport or car sharing to reduce traffic emissions.
Give your trainers a new ‘lace of life’ with JogOn
Part ways with unwanted old trainers that you may have previously thrown out. Drop-off stations will be made readily available next to the Race Office, located in the Event Village on event day.

Headphones on event day
You are allowed to wear headphones as you make your way around the course, however they must be bone conducting. We ask that the volume is kept low to ensure that you can hear the marshal's instructions, as well as any emergency vehicles or your fellow competitors.
