Race Number Information
Address changes
We are only able to change your address up to 6 weeks before the event takes place, unfortunately it is now too late for us to update this.
If you are unable to collect your race number from the old address you can come to the Race Office on event weekend to be reallocated a new number.
What if I'm coming from overseas?
Race numbers will not be posted to those participants who provided a postal address located outside of the UK as we can’t guarantee the safe delivery of the race number.
However, if you do have a UK address that your race number can be posted to prior to the event, please contact us at info@runforall.com with details. Alternatively you will be able to collect your race number from the Race Office on the event weekend.
The Race Office will be located in the Event Village, at Campus South.
Opening times:
Saturday 19th October: 12:00 to 16:00
Sunday 20th October: From 07:00
Your race number bib
-
Your timing chip is affixed to your race number on the back, please do not remove, fold the chip or pierce your physical timing chip with safety pins.
-
Wear your chipped bib number on your chest on the outer layer of clothing e.g. if a running jacket is worn, wear your number on top of this. Do not obscure/ cover your bib number + chip with a bum bag/ running belt.
-
Please use the tear-off strip attached to your race number to access the Baggage Store. Simply tie it around the handle of your bag before checking it into the Baggage Store located in the Event Village from 07:00.
-
Please ensure you fill out the back of your race number with your emergency contact information. If you can no longer take part, please don’t swap your race number with anyone. If you do, we won’t know who to call in an emergency. Any runners we find to be doing this will be disqualified.
-
Located on your race bib is an icon stating your Finisher’s t-shirt size. You will be able to collect your t-shirt at the finish line.
-
We encourage runners not to position their arms to start/stop a personal timing device on or right in front of the bib whilst running over the timing mats themselves as this impedes the signal. Arms can be positioned slightly away from the body, or the devices can be started/stopped when the runner isn’t on the actual mat.
-
Race numbers are not interchangeable and entries cannot be assigned, transferred, sold or gifted to any third party. Do not under any circumstances allow anybody else to run with your race number. Amongst other issues, this can create major problems for the medical team should they need to treat unknown runners.
-
Your bib & timing chip does not need to be collected in after the event. It can be disposed of in general waste, or kept as a memento of your race day!

You can retrieve your baggage from the same store after your run.
Please note that all bags must be the equivalent size to a small rucksack or small sports bag and security will be in place in order to conduct random bag searches. Any luggage type larger than the size of a small rucksack will not be accepted.
After the race, you are advised to make your way to the Baggage Store to reclaim your property before meeting up with your loved ones. Please collect your bags as soon as possible so that you can avoid the queues.
Recycle your old trainers
We are inviting you to part ways with unwanted old trainers that you may have previously thrown out. Drop-off stations will be made readily available next to the Race Office, located in the Event Village.
Trainers will then be sent onto our brand-new partners JogOn HQ, ready to be passed on for a new lease of life and redistributed to those who need them most. Where possible, the JogOn Again scheme enables the reuse of unwanted shoes by giving them to those in need, through distribution by partners in eleven hubs around the world. Where reuse is not an option for the shoes they are shredded, and their remains are reused for other purposes.
