Your race number will be delivered approximately 2 weeks before the event day. More information will follow closer to event day.

What if I'm coming from overseas?
Race numbers will not be posted to those participants who provided a postal address located outside of the UK as we can’t guarantee the safe delivery of the race number.

Alternatively, you will be able to collect your race number from the Race Office on the event weekend. Opening hours of the Race Office will be detailed on our website at www.runforall.com in the week prior to the event.

Regular services will run between the three Park & Ride locations, Elvington Airfield, Askham Bar and Grimston Bar, and the Event Village at the University of York. The services operated by York Pullman have been implemented to settle your pre-race nerves and take the stress out of event day travel so that you can have a great race day.
A York Pullman Spectator Shuttle bus service will also run from the Event Village to the two spectator points across the marathon course, including Dunnington and Stamford Bridge.
These services include:
• Park & Ride - Individual Ticket (Green Route)
• Park & Ride + Spectator Shuttle - Individual Ticket (Gold Route)
• Spectator Shuttle Bus (Blue Route)
• City Centre Shuttle Bus (Tickets purchased on the day)
Please also note that road closures will be in place to facilitate both the marathon and 10-mile route, and vehicle access for non-residents will be restricted.
We kindly ask that all participants and spectators plan and book travel in advance. Please give yourself plenty of time on the morning of the event to pick up your race number (if you need to) and spend time in the Event Village before making your way to the start line. We recommend allowing around 1 hour for this.
Capacity is limited for all services and York Pullman recommends that participants book the early slots to ensure they arrive at the start line on time.

Sustainability
Keeping York green
Recycling bins will be provided on course at each water station - we ask that you please use these to help us do our bit for the environment. If you wanted to hold on to your water beyond the provided bins, please pass any litter to your nearest marshal when finished.
We are in partnership with JogOn to help reduced the environmental impact that large running events can have. By working with JogOn, we help to reduce the waste of running shoes that end up in landfill every year by giving them a new life. Trainers are either reused by giving them to those in need, or shredded and their remains used for other purposes.
Drop off stations will be made readily available throughout the Event Village for you to drop off any old or unwanted trainers so they can be given a new lease of life.
We encourage our participants to travel sustainably where possible by taking public transport or car sharing to reduce traffic emissions.
Give your trainers a new ‘lace of life’ with JogOn
Part ways with unwanted old trainers that you may have previously thrown out. Drop-off stations will be made readily available next to the Race Office, located in the Event Village on event day.
